These Terms of Service ("Terms") are used to adjust the legal relationship between InspirePix (hereinafter referred to as "this Website" or "InspirePix") and you (User). The Terms of Service govern the access, browsing and use of the Site by users ("user" or "users", as applicable); downloading and using the terms-content owned by InspirePix; and the services provided through the Site ("Service" or "Services", such as Be applicable).
Access to and use of this website means that the user has read and accepted these terms and conditions without exception. Users may not use this website if they do not accept the Terms or have any objection to any part of these Terms.
InspirePix may amend the Terms at any time, so we encourage users to review these terms on a regular basis. The dates at the beginning of these Terms are the latest updates to these Terms and Conditions, which will apply from the date of publication.
Certain services provided through this website may be subject to certain conditions or instructions that the user must accept before providing the relevant services. These specific conditions may be imposed by InspirePix. Except for the terms, such specific conditions apply and, in the event of a conflict, this clause shall be superseded. Therefore, users must read and accept these specific conditions before providing the relevant services. Similarly, the privacy policy will apply to the collection and processing of personal data.
1. Plans, Billings, Payments and Refunds
The Customer shall be charged a fee (the “Fees”) based on the agreed plan offered on the Developer Website for the API Service provided under these Terms and Conditions or, when applicable, described in the Order Form.
The Company can modify the API Services offered at any time, offering with new API Services (to which, unless otherwise stated, these Terms and Conditions shall apply) or ceasing to offer any of the API Services.
The Fees for the API Services is stated in the relevant currency in the Developer Website. The Company is entitled to modify the price for any API Services at any time. The Company shall apply the Fees stated in the Developer Website at the time of the use of the API Services by the Customer, unless stated otherwise in the Order Form.
The Customer agrees to pay the Fees through credit/debit card or any other accepted payment method offered by the Company, as stated on the Developer Website or specified in an Order Form. The processing of the payment information and data through credit/debit card is made within third-party sites. When ordering any plan, the Customer authorizes the Company to collect the corresponding Fees through the chosen payment method.
The Customer can pay the Fees in advance following the instructions displayed on the Developer Website. These advance payments are non-refundable, non-assignable, they cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold or redeemed for cash and they will expire in accordance with the legally mandated time limits.
Customer hereby authorizes InspirePix and/or InspirePix’s authorized agents, as applicable, to bill Customer for the Service (and any renewal thereof). Unless otherwise stated in an Order Form, Customer’s payment is due in full immediately upon each due date concerning the Service. Customers must notify InspirePix of any change in Customer’s payment account information, either by updating its account or via email.
Failure by the Customer to comply with the payment obligation set out in this clause for a period of more than five (5) days shall entitle the Company to suspend access to the API Service until the Customer remedies that breach.
Unless otherwise specified in this Terms and Conditions or Order Form, all Fees are non-refundable. InspirePix does not provide refunds or credits for any partial use or non-use of the Services.
For any renewal term, InspirePix reserves the right to change the Fees and billing methods by giving Customer at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the commencement of such renewal Term. Unless the Terms and Conditions is terminated, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer will be automatically charged for the applicable Fees.
Unless otherwise specified in this Terms and Conditions or Order Form, all Fees are non-refundable. InspirePix does not provide refunds or credits for any partial use or non-use of the Services.
Unless otherwise specified in a Order Form, the Fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties, fees or other amounts assessed or imposed by any government authority, including value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes assessable by any local, state, provincial or foreign jurisdiction (collectively “Taxes”). Except for taxes imposed on InspirePix’s income, Customer is responsible for paying the Taxes that would be levied against Customer by government authorities. InspirePix will invoice Customer for such Taxes if InspirePix believes InspirePix has a legal obligation to do so and Customer agrees to pay such Taxes
You can get a refund within 3 days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn’t get to use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any resource from inspirepix.com nor consumed any credits.
If that is your case, you can request the refund via our contact form from the email address linked to your Premium account.
You can only request the refund of the current billing period. Please note that previous payments cannot be refunded.
Once the refund is initiated, it will be credited to the source payment account within 7-10 business days.
InspirePix may, at its sole discretion, offer Customer certain non-transferrable benefits (such as discounts on Fees or a free extension in Term) specific to the Services.
These Terms of Use will not be interpreted or biased towards either party but will be interpreted in the sense of the text. Any invalid or unenforceable part of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
